​Instant Photo Booth or Roaming Photography

What are the sizes of photo prints can we expect for instant photo booth or Roaming Photography?
Card Size, similiar to credit cards size
4R (4″ X 6″) or (10cm X 15cm), standard photo size that everyone is familiar with

What is Customized borders?
We provides customized borders templates for weddings, private and corporate events which will be imprinted into each photo prints.

May I request to design a brand new customized border for my wedding if I don’t select from the range of borders that iSnap provides?
Yes, you may request for a brand new design to fit your wedding theme at a fees of $150.00 nett. The actual design cost is at $300.00 which iSnap Photography will absorb half the cost since we may someday reuse the same design for other weddings. For clients who like to customize your border using Adobe Photoshop, we will provide you with the dimensions, guidelines and there is no fees for self customized borders.

What type of photo paper will be used?
Only original Mitshubishi photo papers are being used to ensure quality prints are delivered to your guests.

How much time is required to setup instant photo prints?
We will usually be on site at least 30 minutes prior to the event for setting up our equipment

What is Live Projections?
Shots captured by our instant prints photographer will be digitally enhanced and wirelessly transmitted and shown on projector screen or LCD/LED TVs.

We will provide the wireless equipment and a laptop to receive the photos but will need the projector/ projector screen or TV to be provided at the venue. Under unforeseen circumstances where live projections cannot be carried out, we will manually copy the photos over to the laptop for projection at 15 to 30 minutes intervals.

What kind of Instant Photo Printing Services Do We Provide?
We offer two types of instant photo printing services shown below:

Roaming Photography
Photographer will be moving around the cocktail reception area and ballroom/restaurant proactively approaching your guests for photo taking

Instant Photo Booth
A backdrop will be provided, our instant printing photographer will be stationed there.
There are various backdrop designs to select from

What is your printing capacity?
We provide high speed printers with 4R photos printed at only 8 seconds

Do you need tables or electrical point at the venue?
Yes, we need at least 2 x long tables, 1 x chair and 1 x electrical point near the reception area.

Does each guests get a copy of the photo prints?
Yes, we provide multi-print where as a copy will printed for each guests captured in the photo.

Photo Prints Collections
If you choose to opt for an additional assistant (top up $100), he or she will be in-charged distributing the photos to your guests at their tables. Otherwise, we will place the photos on the long table provided for self collection.

How about digital copies of the prints?
DVD containing the digital copies will be passed to you immediately after your event.

Do you cover table shots?
Instant Photo prints package does not includes table shots as to prevent overlapping responsibilities with your main photographer. Majority of the instant printing is carried out during cocktail reception and we will proceed into the ballroom to take small group photos when the cocktail reception ends.

If you really need us to take photographs and print table shots, you can opt to extend the photo booth for additional hours so that there is amble time to cover table photo taking and photo printing.

Wedding Photography

Can you ensure that our photo taken will not be subjected to data loss when memory card fails?
With our high end Canon DSLR cameras that allows us to save photos into 2 separate memory cards concurrently. This will prevent previous moments from being lost due to a corrupted memory card.

What do you mean by ANIMATED photo montage?
As shown on our website, our photo montages are animated and obviously stands out from the photo slideshow that our competitors provide.

What time does early morning surcharge apply and how much will it cost?
Early morning surcharge is being impose only for couples’ who commence before 6am.
This is a one time surcharge at $100 for photographer and $100 for videographer.
The industry practice is charging from timings before 7am and at hourly basis. We believe wedding costs should be made affordable.

Wedding Videography

Are you able to produce Same Day Express Video Highlights in time for my wedding lunch?
Yes, around 40% of our weddings are over lunch. We always provide the the video before your 2nd march-in. There is no additional surcharge impose for wedding lunch.

How long is the duration of Same Day Express Video Highlights ?
Usually the video range from 6 to 9 minutes for most weddings. If there is no gate crashing, the duration of the video maybe around 5 minutes. Feel free to check out our facebook page to view our latest wedding videos.
